10 Pieces, 5 Fall Outfits

Big thanks to Everlane for collaborating on this post!

The first official day of fall is TOMORROW and hopefully we’ll start moving into temps where we can actually wear all the fall things and put away the shorts. (Maybe?!) When it comes to my fall wardrobe, I’m always ready to go back to basics and layers… Neutral blouses, sweaters, boots, denim. Whenever friends ask me where to shop for quality wardrobe staples, Everlane is always my first suggestion. No surprise if you’re been a long time reader – It’s one of my favoriteeee brands for quality staples at reasonable prices! Their ethical factories, recycling and selling direct to consumers without the crazy markup are just a few reasons I go back to Everlane time and time again.

I’m sharing 5 easy fall outfits  built from those wardrobe staples! And today only (9/22), Everlane is offering FREE 2-Day shipping on all U.S. orders!

Everlane Clean Silk Blouse (size 4) // Everlane Corduroy Skirt (size 4) // old J.Crew loafers, but similar version here

I’ve talked about this silk blouse many, many times on the blog (full post about it here!) because it’s so flattering and versatile. I own it in a few colors now and typically wear one once a week to the office.

Now, this corduroy skirt is my JAM! I was telling my friend I feel like a combination of Gossip Girl/American Girl Doll when I’m wearing it – in the best way possible. It’s the fall replacement to my summer white denim skirt, just a smidgen longer, and looks equally perfect with loafers, boots and booties. It has a slight a-line shape and is long enough for the office (especially with tights – below!)

Everlane Cashmere Shrunken Mockneck Sweater (size small) // Everlane Corduroy Skirt // Amazon Navy Tights // old Tory Burch Riding Boots (similar here)

This top is like the perfect combination of sweatshirt and sweater. I LOVE cashmere from Everlane for the reasonable price point, incredibly soft fabric and it doesn’t pill!! And again, this corduroy skirt is fall perfection.

Everlane Cashmere Shrunken Mockneck Sweater (size small) // Authentic Stretch Mid-Rise Skinny Jean (size 27) // Everlane Day Tote Mini // The Day Heel

I’ve been searching for dark wash jeans without any fade to them and it’s actually been a challenge to find the perfect pair – until these. They are the ideal level of stretch denim fabric and still fit true to size. Since they don’t have any fading down the thigh, I found them to be very slimming!

Everlane Clean Silk Blouse (size 4) // Everlane Corduroy Pants (size 4) // Everlane Boss Boots in Burgundy (run TTS)

Ok, here we are again with the corduroy! This time in a wide leg pant. I’m excited to switch up my everyday denim with cords this fall. I’m wearing them with the Everlane boss boots here (so good) but I know they’ll look casual cool with sneakers as well.

Plus, add the Mac Coat! (wearing a size 2)

I love a classic trench coat and this Mac coat is perfect for that fall transitional weather! It’s water-resistant and not too heavy. I love the cute plaid print for something a little different than a basic khaki trench. Runs a little oversized – I’m wearing a 2, could have probably sized down to a 0 but I wanted it a little roomy to layer over a sweater or sweatshirt.

Everlane ReCashmere Varsity Cardigan (wearing a small) // Authentic Stretch Mid-Rise Skinny Jean (size 27) // Snake Boss Boots (run TTS) // Everlane Day Tote Mini

The highlight of this all-back outfit truly is the snakeskin print boots. I immediately joined the wait list when I saw them on the site and much like leopard print, snakeskin feels like neutral that will go with everything this season. They make any outfit look instantly elevated. Also LOVE this ReCashmere varsity cardigan which is made with premium Italian yarn that’s been recycled for 50% less impact!
