The Bloggers Who Budget ladies are back in action, sharing our favorite fall pieces for under $60. Two of my favorite fall staples are this bucket bag I snagged for $20 and this oversized plaid scarf. Because what says fall more than plaid? (Ok, maybe pumpkin ale and football screams it too). There are so many adorable plaid scarfs right now, including a steal from Target for $17! (GO!)
