Short work weeks are the best, aren’t they? With multiple career and life changes happening all at once, I’m certainly looking forward to a warm and relaxing weekend to unwind. I can’t wait to go for a long hike and try some new recipes at a “cauliflower swap” class at Sur La Table on Sunday. (I’ll fill you in if I find any life changing uses for cauliflower).
