I recently stumbled upon a photo of myself from the 7th grade wearing a candy necklace. Not to eat, but as a distinctive fashion statement, paired with colorful hair clips (naturally). Then I threw on this necklace the other day and thought, is this just my 7th grade fashion sense for the real world? A candy necklace for a working woman. Not edible.
