The Bloggers Who Budget series is back and this month we’re featuring our favorite spring trends under $75. Each spring when the temps finally reach upwards of 50 (!!!) I anxiously pull out my favorite utility jacket. And each year these jackets seem to reappear as a wardrobe staple. There are so many cute and affordable options right now (here, here and here), so I would suggest you grab one stat.

Let’s talk about this outfit for a moment, shall we? Now I realize there are a whole lot of patterns happening here, but I felt like a) it’s finally nice out and I wanted to wear something fun and b) it all seems to work together, right?
