For the Love of Loafers

I was in Nashville for work this week and stopped at a coffee shop near Vanderbilt for a little morning caffeine kick. As I looked around at all the preppy little students cozied up and studying, I got so nostalgic and jealous. I always LOVED the start of a fresh school year, especially in college. So even though I couldn’t just walk to class with them and pose as a student, I had my scholarly(ish) outfit ready to go. I’ve been loving the academic loafers that are having a moment this season, since they make me feel pulled together and preppy even when I’m just in a simple t-shirt.
