Hello Friday. We made it. Although I’m a firm believer in no Christmas décor in the house until after Thanksgiving (seriously, mashed potatoes before ornaments, people), I’ve seen a few pieces of holiday décor pop-up this week in the stores. So naturally I’ve started thinking about gifts, which is quite convenient because the Nordstrom Fall Clearance Sale is happening now. And let me tell you there are some good deals out there. So, I may have purchased a few small gifts this week for friends… Any excuse for retail therapy.

I am in agreement with you mashed potatoes before ornaments, but this doesn’t stop me from scoping at Christmas decor the second I see it in stores. 🙂
