I spent this past week in LA where it hardly felt like fall. An unseasonal heat wave had temps at 100 all week, so I was living in t-shirts and staying in the shade. I’m happy to be back home (and cooler!) and am SO excited to be starting a new challenge this weekend – Yoga Sculpt teacher training at CorePower! I’ve become a regular at CorePower since moving to Columbus and am so addicted to the Sculpt class that I wanted to take the leap and learn more. As I move towards getting my certification, I’d love to incorporate more fitness and wellness content into the blog. Let me know what you think!
