Typical March weather in the Cleveland-area is grey and dreary, so maybe this monochromatic look reflects my sentiment. It always feels like an awkward time for fashion because I’m ready to wear spring dresses and sandals, but we will still randomly get some snow flurries. So all black it is (for the time being). I do love the little details of this blouse with the floaty ruffle hem and this tote is perfect for work and travel.
