Friday Favorites

I’m off to a college roommate reunion weekend with my five best girls, and I was thinking about how far we’ve all come in four years. Sometimes I feel like we just graduated and nothing has changed, but then I think of how much I have accomplished in those four short/long years… Starting a career, buying a condo, adopting a dog, starting a blog, completing my MBA… Sometimes I feel like I still belong at the kids table at family events, and in other moments I feel mature beyond my years.  Sometimes being a twenty-something feels like being an in-betweenie something. One thing I’ve learned is that everyone’s journey is different and uniquely their own. And that I’m happiest enjoying the present moment. And that’s exactly what I plan to do this weekend.
