March Favorites

Alex Mill Button-Back Sweater // Alex Mill Pants // Stan Smith Sneakers

It’s been a couple months since my last blog post. (Ahem, how is it April?!) Life has been BUSY (more on that later), but I’m still here! Despite changes and hectic schedules, I felt myself itching for my creative outlet. Blogging over the years is a funny one – Sometimes I see awesome web traffic and engagement and sometimes everything feels so stagnant. But what I’ve realized lately is that even if my audience is small, I quite enjoy working on something totally separate from my corporate career. A space to just dish on simple things like skincare and jeans. A little outlet for fun.

So, I’m coming back to this blog with a breezy post on my random favorites from last month. A round up of products, books, clothes and apps that simply made me happy in March.

Peloton App Outdoor Runs // The spring weather has been hit or miss, but when I get outside for a quick 20 or 30 minute run, I’m loving Peloton Outdoor. The intentional playlists and motivation from the instructors in my ear really helps the time pass.

Lumify Eye Drops // Such a random, small thing, but I was on an early flight last month and used this drops when I landed and they are MAGIC. Literally take any redness out of your eyes and make them look brighter. A true lifesaver when I landed and looked sleep deprived.

Dior Eyelash Primer // Speaking of eyes, this primer has been my go-to for years and I just stocked up during the Sephora sale. I didn’t think I would use an eyelash primer every day under my mascara, but let me tell you it makes a world of difference. My eyeballs are the window to my awakeness level and this primer makes my lashes long and perky.

Contagious by Jonah Berger // For my marketing friends, this book is so insightful and interesting. All about what makes something go viral… from word of mouth to social influence.

Abercrombie Oversized Shirt // This oversized shirt looks so cute with a bodysuit underneath and kind of works like an oversized spring jacket. I went with a small and it’s still an oversized look.

Espresso Martinis // I recently re-discovered the tasty joy of an espresso martini. 10/10 highly recommend. You can also make one at home with cold brew, vodka and Kahlua.

Stan Smith Sneakers // I bought new sneakers for a trade show and these are SO.SO.COMFORTABLE. Wore them for 3 days straight on my feet and they have a bit of cushion and I got zero blisters on my first wear. Love a classic white sneaker and these are tops.
