My Peanut Butter & Chocolate Smoothie Recipe

I recently started teaching Yoga Sculpt at the CorePower Easton studio (come sweat with me!) and took a look at my overall diet and wellness routine.  I’m trying to reduce the amount of sugar I consume and snack on (especially at the office) and focusing on healthy fats and proteins that will keep me full.  I typically run out of the house in the morning and eat my breakfast on the go, so Zak has been making me a healthy morning smoothie that keeps me full until lunch.

I’ve been adding in a scoop of Vital Proteins collagen peptides and I swear my hair and nails have been stronger and longer since I added this supplement.  It’s also great for your skin and healthy bones and joints.  Also, using peanut butter powder is much easier and blends better, plus it has less sugars.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Smoothie

1 Scoop Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides

1 Scoop Amazing Grass Green Superfood, Chocolate Flavor

1 Banana

5 Ice Cubes

2 tbsp Peanut Butter Powder

1 Cup Goat Milk

(my tummy doesn’t like regular milk, but I’m sure almond milk or otherwise would work just fine)

Just BLEND and go!  (sometimes I top it with a few cocoa nibs for a little pizzazz)
