Smarter On-The-Go Breakfast Options

I recently talked about my three easy tips for starting your day in a good mood. For me, that definitely means getting some fresh air, staying off my phone, working out, and starting my day with a smarter breakfast. But I don’t always have the luxury of time to prepare a meal and eat at home, so I’m always looking for nutritious on-the-go options.

 

 

I’m up in the morning to get ready for the office before Zak, and I try to avoid waking him with the blender bright and early.
