I feel fortunate to work in a casual office where denim is always a go, but sometimes I need to breathe a little inspiration into my work wear wardrobe. It’s nice to switch it up with a great fitting pair of pants and heels and take care of business. I always feel like more of a power player at work when I’m wearing a solid outfit. (anyone? anyone?) I love that these textured trousers have a bit of stretch and a flattering fit, especially since I’m often running around the office. (For reference, these are The Classic pants. Fit wise, I’m wearing a size 4.)
This textured tweed jacket is a classic piece and the ideal pop of color for the season. It’s fairly warm and cozy, perfect for this pre-spring (ahem, erratic) weather we’re currently dealing with here in Ohio. I’ve received quite a few compliments on it at work and plan on dressing it down this weekend with some high waist jeans and simple loafers. A perfectly preppy look. Have a wonderful Friday!
