My Top 3 Basic White T-Shirts

Everlane Air Oversized Crew Tee (wearing a small) // Everlane Authentic Stretch Skinny Jeans (wearing my usual size 27) // Similar Leather Tote // Loafer Mules

The pursuit of the perfect t-shirt has been a lifelong mission. I’ve always been a t-shirt and jeans kind of girl and I’m constantly on the hunt for that elusive, perfect cotton tee to throw on that’s both flattering and comfortable. Spring and summer are my heavy t-shirt rotation seasons, so I’ve rounded up my current top 3 picks…

Everlane Air Oversized Crew Tee // $28

This super light and intentionally oversized shirt is perfect for a relaxed look. I’m wearing a small, but it’s draped and loose which is perfect for the summer (hello breezy) and looks great tucked in. I’m wearing a nude bra here and didn’t have any see through issues! My only gripe is that the sleeves do run a little long since it’s oversized, but I just give it a one-time roll-up to shorten the length.

Club Monaco Leary Crewneck T-Shirt // $32

A very classic t-shirt shape and reliable closet staple. It’s an ultrasoft cotton blend, thick enough to not be see through and hits at my hips. Overall just a good, basic white tee that’s made of a slightly more premium fabric, so you feel pulled together when you throw it on.

ATM Schoolboy Crew Tee // $85

I published a very detailed post on this ATM t-shirt last year and it still remains a wardrobe favorite! It’s a superfine, slubbed fabric and has a light featherweight feel. It has a slightly shrunken fit and is probably the tightest of the 3 options, but again has a classic relaxed style. I have it in both white and black and will be a variety I probably always have in my closet.
